New Year 2008.

This is a day that i should or doing something good or something i never do it. it will starting with going to my friend's home to celebrate new year. This is a good plan where the house is located low ground than its play ground which means, we can have a good show directly to KLCC. The playground is the best location for watching fireworks launching from KLCC top floor because you can watch all happen in KL at that moment. the playground is high enough. maybe i may see hundreds of fireworks in that night. i always cheering myself. but, something came....

Lamborghini Car Painted Cool!

hello everyone!!
tomorrow i will celebrating raya and crismast lonely because all tickets were booked. but, it did not concern me at all. The important thing is, i will get back what happened. this is a chance for me to be close to my families. This is not I want to share about. ;p

I have visited someone blog, there is something interesting!!

Lamborghini is a well known brand of high performance Italian sports cars that is now a subsidiary of German car manufacturer Audi. Usually when we see a car like this we stop a little because a Lamborghini can catch your eye very easily. In this case the owner wanted more from his Lamborghini, and he painted his car in a way that will 100% get your attention, no matter what.

After the dat day...

Meet my friends

As time runs out. Somethings in my memory would never fallen. Yesterday, me and my friends started to begin our adventure at 9 o'clock. My friend,Epul came with his father to our rent house. Then his father took us to a nearby place .We have breakfast at Ehsan Restaurant. At 10 am, we departed to Sunway Lagoon by a popular bus company,RapidKL.

Soon, we walked in Sunway Piramid for a while since it had renovation last month I guessed. This is my first experience in this place. We searched for ATM machine for a ticket each of us... [bored]

Ok.this is best moment....we started with Pirate's Revenge. We turned upside down [360 degrees], as my head under my legs for the first time. I had a bit scared before the pirated began. In order to keep myself controlled, I set my mind that what ever happen, just enjoy dis time. So I ride it, sit, put my belt on, stared to my friends and go.... just like that. I saw all things happen. As we were flew 24 metres above sea level fastly, my blood was gathering up in the head. It turned red. We laugh all together. No one shaking or crying. I said to myself. "This is fantastic, let do it again". =)

After that, we went to our second ride called Tomhawk. It is twise 360 degrees, mean your head will be upside down twise also. hahaha. Same enjoyed and fun like Pirate's Revenge except twice 360 and faster saje . Then, we went for the Roller Coaster. We had to waited for more 10minutes. sigh!. But it valuable. I had best time. Sorry cannot describe how good it was.We walked at The World's Longest Pedestrian Suspension Bridge, measuring 428m in length. That was so long. hehehe.

Then I forced myself to buy a short pant for bathing and swimming at The Surf Beach and Water Of Africa. At 5 pm, we went for tea time and back home in Gombak.. What a precious day.

Cigarette Smoking

What about cigarette smoking and stroke and peripheral arterial disease?

Studies show that cigarette smoking is an important risk factor for stroke. Inhaling cigarette smoke produces several effects that damage the cerebrovascular system. Women who take oral contraceptives and smoke increase their risk of stroke many times. Smoking also creates a higher risk for peripheral arterial disease and aortic aneurysm.

What about cigar and pipe smoking?

People who smoke cigars or pipes seem to have a higher risk of death from coronary heart disease (and possibly stroke), but their risk isn't as great as that of cigarette smokers. This is probably because they're less likely to inhale the smoke. Currently there's very little scientific information on cigar and pipe smoking and cardiovascular disease, especially among young men, who represent the vast majority of cigar users.

What about passive or secondhand smoke?

The link between seconhand smoke (also called environmental tobacco smoke) and disease is well known, and the connection to cardiovascular-related disability and death is also clear. About 37,000 to 40,000 people die from heart and blood vessel disease caused by other people's smoke each year. Of these, about 35,000 nonsmokers die from coronary heart disease, which includes heart attack.

History of Malaysia

With 1957's independence, a new series of difficult decisions lay ahead of Malaya, the first of which was to determine exactly what territories would be included in the new state. In 1961, the term "Malaysia" came into being after Tunku convinced Singapore, Sabah, and Sarawak to join Malaya in a federal union (Singapore later opted out of the union, peacefully, in 1965). Afraid that the union would interfere with his expansionistic plans, Indonesia's president Sukharno launched attacks against Malaysia in Borneo and on the peninsula, all of which were unsuccessful.

Another immediate problem was the determination of a national identity. Malaysia was a mix of people from many races and cultures, and uniting them under a common flag was not an easy enterprise. Because Malays represented the majority, the constitution gave them permanent spots in the government, made Islam the national religion, and made Malay the national language; but the Chinese firmly dominated business and trade, and most Malay were suffering economic hardships. The government, controlled by the United Malay National Organization, passed the New Economic Policy, which attempted to increase economic opportunity for the Malay by establishing various quotas in their favor. Unsurprisingly, many Chinese opposed the new arrangement and formed a significant opposition party. In 1969, after the opposition party won a significant seats, riots swepts through Kuala Lumpur and the country was placed in a state of emergency for two years. It was a painful moment in the young nation's history that most Malaysians prefer to forget.

In the last two decades, Malaysia has undergone tremendous growth and prosperity, and has arguably made significant progress in race relations. Many attribute the country's success to the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Mahathir bin Mohammed, who led the country from 1981 through 2003.

Kehidupan Menarik..

mcmana nk menjadikan kehidupan kita menarik.
maksud aku
hepi selalu.

bg ak kehidupan ak mmg boring tiap2 ari sameje, xda beza, asyik2 buat mende sama, xda perkembangan sehat,
xda aktivi bes, makin lama, makin boring, dah ar xda kenderaan nak merayau2. ok ape fungsi rumah? kompem2
mencari tempat perlindungan dr ujan, panas, malam,
tempat tido, tmpt lepas penat lelah, dan rehat, klo
xda uma susah ah, takkan nak tido kat tepi jalan cam
orang gila lak kan, jalan pon terhuyung hayang, nak
mandi pon susah, klo ad bini n anak, takkn suh deme
tinggal kat tepi longkang kot.huhuu. jd jelasnye,
rumah bukan tempat major yg bes memanjang, tiap2 ari
tido senyum sampe pagi..xda kn..

ok ar, ak ada beberapa cara nk bes kn dri, tiap2 ari,
memula stat bgn tdo
wat senaman, bukan cam bese tau, senaman ni lain sket, hirup udara segar pg2, klo ada branda lg bagus..kite mmg rasa tenang gila sambil angkat tangan ms hirup udara tuh! then namanye senaman pernafsan, bg otak dpt oksigen secukupnye...

kendian, mse nk g kelas ke mana2 ke,
pakai bju y kite ske, tp jgn pakai selalu, nnt orang ingat ape lak,
pakaila tuka2, mende ni nk bg tambah semangat bile nk
menjalani harian, cth nak g kelas n pejabat n kua jalan2, klo nak g pasar xpayahhlaa!!! xcy try ah. rasa
confident tu mmg ad..

petang2 tu mainla ape2 yang leh bg peluh kn bdan, jgn
main mende yang sama selalu sangat, nnt boring lak
klo leh tuka2 ar. dpt gak belajar sesuatu y baru, klo tak pon g la
joging ar kat mana2, kat yang rekomen.terpulang la klo nak ikut ke tak..

mlm tu pepaham jelah, klo xda bola, pegi je kaco orang
bercengkerama kat tempat2 tertentu, kompem bes, balik nnt korang mesti tergelak sampe sakit perut.

p/s: ni first timer ak tulis kat blogger ak..

A waterfall is usually a geological formation resulting from water, often in the form of a stream, flowing over an erosion-resistant rock formation that forms a sudden break in elevation or nickpoint.

Some waterfalls form in mountain environments where the erosive water force is high and stream courses may be subject to sudden and catastrophic change. In such cases, the waterfall may not be the end product of many years of water action over a region, but rather the result of relatively sudden geological processes such as landslides, faults or volcanic action.

Waterfalls may also be artificial, and they are sometimes created as garden and landscape ornaments.

Typically, a river flows over a large step in the rocks which may have been formed by a fault line. Over a period of years, the edges of this shelf will gradually break away and the waterfall will steadily retreat upstream, creating a gorge of recession. Often, the rock stratum just below the more resistant shelf will be of a softer type, meaning undercutting, due to splashback, will occur here to form a shallow cave-like formation known as a rock shelter or plunge pool under and behind the waterfall. Eventually, the outcropping, more resistant cap rock will collapse under pressure to add blocks of rock to the base of the waterfall. These blocks of rock are then broken down into smaller boulders by attrition as they collide with each other, and they also erode the base of the waterfall by abrasion, creating a deep plunge pool.

Streams become wider and more shallow just above waterfalls due to flowing over the rock shelf, and there is usually a deep pool just below the waterfall because of the kinetic energy of the water hitting the bottom.

Waterfalls can occur along the edge of glacial trough, whereby a stream or river flowing into a glacier continues to flow into a valley after the glacier has receded or melted. The large waterfalls in Yosemite Valley are examples of this phenomenon. The rivers are flowing from hanging valleys.
