New Year 2008.

This is a day that i should or doing something good or something i never do it. it will starting with going to my friend's home to celebrate new year. This is a good plan where the house is located low ground than its play ground which means, we can have a good show directly to KLCC. The playground is the best location for watching fireworks launching from KLCC top floor because you can watch all happen in KL at that moment. the playground is high enough. maybe i may see hundreds of fireworks in that night. i always cheering myself. but, something came....

The news..

The news began to spread to my family last weekend. i heard it from my mom. she talked to me on phone after they agreed to do it during Raya Haji holiday. I dont know who created this holiday plan... [bored]

on 22 dec,
i will beginning my best holiday in Bukit Merah where there is a water theme park, orang utan island and eco park. Maybe the size of it is bogger than Sunway Lagoon that i visited last week with my fellow friend. i think i ought to write "cruise was here" somewhere. erm.. Where is my marker ;p

Lamborghini Car Painted Cool!

hello everyone!!
tomorrow i will celebrating raya and crismast lonely because all tickets were booked. but, it did not concern me at all. The important thing is, i will get back what happened. this is a chance for me to be close to my families. This is not I want to share about. ;p

Usually when we see a car like this we stop a little because a Lamborghini can catch your eye very easily. In this case the owner wanted more from his Lamborghini, and he painted his car in a way that will 100% get your attention, no matter what.

Meet my friends

As time runs out. Somethings in my memory would never fallen. Yesterday, me and my friends started to begin our adventure at 9 o'clock. My friend,Epul came with his father to our rent house.Then his father took us to a nearby place .We have breakfast at Ehsan Restaurant.At 10 am, we departed to Sunway Lagoon by a popular bus company,RapidKL.

Soon, we walked in Sunway Piramid for a while since it had renovation last month I guessed. This is my first experience in this place. We searched for ATM machine for a ticket each of us... [bored]

Ok.this is best moment....we started with Pirate's Revenge. We turned upside down [360 degrees], as my head under my legs for the first time. I had a bit scared before the pirated began. In order to keep myself controlled, I set my mind that what ever happen, just enjoy dis time. So I ride it, sit, put my belt on, stared to my friends and go.... just like that. I saw all things happen. As we were flew 24 metres above sea level fastly, my blood was gathering up in the head. It turned red. We laugh all together. No one shaking or crying. I said to myself. "This is fantastic, let do it again". =)

After that, we went to our second ride called Tomhawk. It is twise 360 degrees, mean your head will be upside down twise also. hahaha. Same enjoyed and fun like Pirate's Revenge except twice 360 and faster saje . Then, we went for the Roller Coaster. We had to waited for more 10minutes. sigh!. But it valuable. I had best time. Sorry cannot describe how good it was.We walked at The World's Longest Pedestrian Suspension Bridge, measuring 428m in length. That was so long. hehehe.

Then I forced myself to buy a short pant for bathing and swimming at The Surf Beach and Water Of Africa. At 5 pm, we went for tea time and back home in Gombak.. What a precious day.

This is an extra ordinary event for me in this life. I've got one great opportunity which help release my studies tension constantly. A friend of mine invited me to a great place which you would not reject except lack of money. ;p


Where is this place??

-My friends and me, will be going this morning about 9 O'clock am, after breakfast.
-Hopefully tomorrow environment will be fantastic, no raining, no cloudy,and no tornado.
-Which makes everyone cannot forget this day.
-The most important this is I'm happy, my friends happy, I became more spirit than before for a
longer time.

It turned bad... My schedule on Saturday getting worst. I've to go to college unwillingly. The sky are blue, not like yesterday, rainy all day. The nightmare began with...the registered subject are 4 all of them. Those are brutal subject. You are not suppose to add those subject at the same time. It goes crazy always. My head dizzy at the second subject. wth!!. but, Alhamdulillah, god loves me... =)
A subject called Human Computer Interaction who led by a nice lady, Miss Nadia ( I forget her last name). I love the way she taught. =)

Cigarette Smoking

What about cigarette smoking and stroke and peripheral arterial disease?

Studies show that cigarette smoking is an important risk factor for stroke. Inhaling cigarette smoke produces several effects that damage the cerebrovascular system. Women who take oral contraceptives and smoke increase their risk of stroke many times. Smoking also creates a higher risk for peripheral arterial disease and aortic aneurysm.

What about cigar and pipe smoking?

People who smoke cigars or pipes seem to have a higher risk of death from coronary heart disease (and possibly stroke), but their risk isn't as great as that of cigarette smokers. This is probably because they're less likely to inhale the smoke. Currently there's very little scientific information on cigar and pipe smoking and cardiovascular disease, especially among young men, who represent the vast majority of cigar users.

What about passive or secondhand smoke?

The link between seconhand smoke (also called environmental tobacco smoke) and disease is well known, and the connection to cardiovascular-related disability and death is also clear. About 37,000 to 40,000 people die from heart and blood vessel disease caused by other people's smoke each year. Of these, about 35,000 nonsmokers die from coronary heart disease, which includes heart attack.
